Instructions
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into 1cm rounds.
Arrange alternating slices on a large plate.
Tuck torn basil leaves between the slices.
Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
Season with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Finish with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar if you have it.
Serve immediately at room temperature.
