4. User Content and Community Standards
Users may create, upload, and share recipes, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant MealMain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service.
All User Content must:
(a) Be your original work or content you have the right to share;
(b) Be accurate and not deliberately misleading;
(c) Comply with all applicable laws.
User Content must NOT:
(a) Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
(b) Contain spam, unsolicited advertising, or self-promotional links unrelated to the content;
(c) Include harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation;
(d) Contain sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material;
(e) Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
(f) Promote dangerous diets, eating disorders, or harmful health practices;
(g) Make false medical or health claims.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these standards without notice.
Content Restrictions: Where a user's content or behaviour violates these community standards, MealMain may apply a content restriction to their account. A content restriction limits the ability to post or update publicly visible content (including recipes, profile pictures, and comments) for a specified period or indefinitely, while preserving full access to all other app features. Content restrictions may be applied at MealMain's sole discretion and do not constitute termination of the Service. If you believe a content restriction has been applied in error, please contact us at support@mealmain.com.
