Ingredients
Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened (Includes foods for USDA's Food Distribution Program)

Honey, manuka
1 teaspoon drizzle
Granola, commercial
to top
Milk, whole, 3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D
¼ cup
Bananas, raw
1 medium, sliced (some reserved for topping)
Yogurt, Greek, fruit, whole milk

Instructions
Place the frozen blueberries, banana, Greek yoghurt and milk into a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and thick. The mixture should be thicker than a drinking smoothie — add milk one tablespoon at a time only if needed.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, fresh blueberries, sliced banana and a drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately.
